Cheers to 5 Years REV Studio

It is hard to believe we are celebrating our 5th anniversary at REV Studio…really.

Like most of my crazy ideas, this one wasn’t something I had planned.

Almost six years ago, Mark and I went for a walk in our neighborhood and came across a 40-year-old building with a vacancy on the first floor. It once was home to a cabinet shop. The inside was crusty, dirty, had about a half inch of wood glue all over the floor and a single bathroom barely wide enough to fit Mark’s large frame.

It was messy, yes, but on the flip side, I loved the grey brick exterior, and with its tall ceilings and large open room, I could really see its potential for something special. Plus, having a location just four blocks from the ocean isn’t something you come across every day.
